Fees
Because we offer the highest level of personalized care and customize treatment to the specific needs of each patient our fees will vary. Please call for an upfront quote of the cost of your care.
Our office does not bill insurance. You may pay by check, credit card, HSA debit card or cash. We will provide you with a copy of the superbill which you should submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The superbill is a detailed medical receipt that contains procedure codes, diagnosis codes, and the fees charged for your office visit. You may also call our office prior to your appointment to request billing codes so that you can check with your insurance company as to any amount you will be reimbursed.
Lab tests may or may not be covered and we discuss any recommended labs and costs at the time of the visit.

- Initial Appointment: 75 - 90 minutes - $425
- Follow-up Appointments: 25-35 minutes - $140
CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to provide you with the best possible care, we ask that you make every effort to keep your scheduled appointment and arrive in a timely manner. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hrs. Appointments may be changed on-line or by calling our office at 484-272-5544. Patients who do not honor their appointments will be charged for the full appointment if we are given less than 24 hrs notice. We thank you for working with us to ensure services are provided to you in the best possible way.
